  • The author index of the proceedings;
  • Abstracts for the AI-ED 2001 website;
In other words, please check your submission data carefully!
Contact Person: The Contact Person is the person who will be contacted in case there are problems with the submission. Therefore, please accurately state the complete address information, phone and fax number and email address. The email address is very important. It needs to be typed twice. As long as they differ, the submission cannot be accepted.
Title of paper: The title of the paper/poster that you submit. To ease automatic production of the issues mentioned above, please only use capitals at the first position of the main words of the title and don't type ALL CAPITALIZED words.
Authors' names: The names of all authors of the paper/poster, including their affiliation. If the number of authors is more than 6, please use the 'Remarks' field to mention the other authors. All 3 author fields are required. Again, to ease automatic production of the issues mentioned above, please only use capitals at the first position of the first and last name and don't type ALL CAPITALIZED names.
Format of the source file of your submission: You may either upload your submission in MS Word or LaTex format. It is important that you read the Authors' Instructions before formatting your work. If they are not adhered to, it could resutl in delay in publication and/or in sub-optimal reproduction quality. If your submission does not comply with the given instructions it may be dropped from publication.
Location of the source file of your submission: Please use the 'Browse...' button to select the file that represents your paper/poster. (If you do not see a button with the text "Browse ..." next to the line stating "Location...", you must upgrade your browser.)
Format of the final file of your submission: You may either upload your submission in PDF, or (un)compressed Postscript. Submissions in any other format WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Location of the final file of your submission: Please use the 'Browse...' button to select the file that represents the final file of your paper. (If you do not see a button with the text "Browse ..." next to the line stating "Location...", you must upgrade your browser.)
Number of pages: This allows us to check whether your paper/poster is complete, to generate the table of contents, the author index and the page numbering for the proceedings.
Abstract: The abstract of the paper/poster, to be used for the website and booklet
Remarks: Please use this section to specify whether you are submitting a paper or a poster. Additionally use this field if more than 6 authors have contributed to the paper/poster you submit or if you have any other remarks.

After clicking the 'Submit' button your data is checked for consistency. If not all required data is there, you will be pointed out the missing parts. In that case, use the 'Back' button of your browser to return to your submission form, fill in the missing parts and re-submit.

If (we think) all we need is there, the data is saved. A table will be displayed with the data as we have received it. Instead of the contents of the file, the size of your submission will be be shown to allow you to check if it was correctly transferred. Further, the Contact Person will receive a confirmation of your submission by email.

Clicking 'Clear all fields' will -as can be expected- empty all fields.

Use the 'Back' button of your browser to return to the submission form.
