Cancelling a reservation
Requests for cancellation-linked refunds should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and registration booking number.
You can find your booking number in the confirmation email you received after registering. This will look like
EDN12345 (i.e., “EDN” followed by an integer). You will need to quote this booking number in your request.
- Cancellation requests received one month or more prior to the start of EMNLP will receive a full refund minus a £15 administration fee.
- Cancellations received up to three weeks before the start of EMNLP will be reimbursed for the amount above the first £125.
- No refund will be given for cancellations received after that or for no shows.
Cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., volcanic ash causing flight cancellation), governmental travel restrictions or failure to obtain a visa to attend the Conference will receive full refund minus a £15 administration fee.
