How long do I have?
20 minutes for the talk, plus 5 minutes for questions.
What equipment is available? How do I set up?
Laptops (running Windows) will be provided at each session. You should bring a self-contained PDF on a USB key and upload it to the machine. Each session includes one LCD projection package and screen and one wireless lapel microphone.
Who is chairing my session?
Session chairs will be listed also in the conference program.
Please arrive early for your session to set up your slides and introduce yourself to the session chair. The session chair will help in the following ways:
- Introduce you when it is time to start (make sure he or she knows how to pronounce your name)
- Signal to you if you are inaudible
- Hold up time cards when you have 5, 2, and 0 minutes left
- Call on questioners during the question period
