There is a single registration fee of £60 for all participants booking before the end of February 2012. This covers all speaker sessions, coffee, tea, lunches, evening receptions, and the symposium banquet.

During registration you can purchase an additional guest ticket to the banquet for £45.

Early registration closes on Thursday 15th March. After this time the registration fee increases to £90.

All fees are in UK Pound Sterling (GBP) and include any relevant taxes.
