Conference Dinner Menu
Below is the provisional menu for the Cogsci 2001 conference dinner. Please note that there will be a bottle of the red wine, a bottle of the white wine and a bottle of sparkling mineral water between each table of 10 included in the price.
Hot Smoked Salmon and Avocado Salsa
Grilled Vegetable Antipasta
Stuffed Saddle of Lamb with Marinated peppers and Rosemary Jus
Provencal Charlotte wrapped in Grilled Courgette (Zucchini)
Raspberry and Bread Parfait with Vanilla Sauce
Coffee and Petit Fours
Red Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon, Kushushu Creek, Stellenbosch, South
White Wine: Sauvignon Blanc, Vlottenberg, Stellenbosh, South Africa 2000
There will be a drinks reception upon arrival with a cash bar. Your first drink at the reception will also be included in the price of the dinner ticket.
